A bit about me
After graduating with a degree in food science and food nutrition I worked at Le Manoir aux Quatre Saisons. Since then and for nearly 20 years I have worked as a private chef. My love of cooking, all things food and my appetite for adventure, has taken me to the highlands of Scotland, the arid hills of Southern Spain, chalets and chateaux in the Alps, a remote island off the coast of Maine (with only an inflatable boat to get me to the shops), the galley of The Royal Yacht Brittania and the kitchens of Kofi Annan, Hugh Grant and HRH The Prince of Wales. As personal chef to HRH The Prince of Wales I catered a full schedule of engagements. I am now based in the Devon.
