A bit about me
After graduating with a degree in food science and food nutrition I worked at Le Manoir aux Quatre Saisons. Since then and for nearly 20 years I have worked as a private chef. My love of cooking, all things food and my appetite for adventure, has taken me to the highlands of Scotland, the arid hills of Southern Spain, chalets and chateaux in the Alps, a remote island off the coast of Maine (with only an inflatable boat to get me to the shops), the galley of The Royal Yacht Brittania and the kitchens of Kofi Annan, Hugh Grant and HRH The Prince of Wales. As personal chef to HRH The Prince of Wales I catered a full schedule of engagements. I am now based in Devon.

"We were so grateful that Kate was available to cater for my daughter's wedding in May 2023. We had invited 150 guests and Kate devised the most wonderful menu. We were bowled over with her efficiency, expertise in menu choices and absolute reliability. Nothing was too much trouble. It was obvious from the start that Kate would do us proud and the guests afterwards gave us so many compliments. Her wedding breakfast was a triumph.
